1. Introduction
BAKIR STORE LLC is the developer and sole owner of the digital platform deevl (“Platform”), including all intellectual property rights (“IP”) contained therein. The Platform enables users to distribute and broadcast digital content to their customers, clients, or intended recipients through business messaging SaaS tools and applications (“Services”).
By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”). If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Platform and Services immediately.

2. License Grant
BAKIR STORE LLC hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Services strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
You may use the Platform solely for lawful business activities and content distribution, subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, software, source code, features, design elements, and all related IP associated with the Platform are the sole property of BAKIR STORE LLC.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the intellectual property of BAKIR STORE LLC, except for the limited license expressly provided herein.
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Platform responsibly and to avoid:
• Uploading or distributing unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Engaging in fraudulent or unauthorized activities
• Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
• Interfering with Platform performance, security, or systems
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform or its resources
You are solely responsible for the content you distribute using the Platform.

When creating an account, you agree to:
